We produce:
(1) DIN2391 ST52, EN10305 E355, BK+S Condition Seamless Honed Tube. and Skived & Roller Burnished Tube.
(2) ISO f7 CK45 or 4140 Chrome Plated Rod, chrome layer can be from 20 micron to 100 micron, usually we do 30 micron.
(3) Chrome Plated Honed Tube for telescopic cylinder.
(4) Customized Hydraulic Cylinder.
For packing:
Honed tube: anti-rust oil on both surface, plastic caps on both ends, then bundle with knitting strip and steel strip, or wooden case.
Chrome plated rod: anti-rust oil on rod surface and each rod be packed in paper roll, then in wooden case.
