1. Bore: 40-1000 mm (1 1/2 – 40 inch)
2. Rod: 12-500 mm (1/2 – 20 inch)
3. Rod should be hard chromed to minimum depth of 25 microns and polished to 0.15 um Ra
4. Plate: Cr or Ni
5. Stroke: Max 12m
6. Design Pressure: Max 700 bar (10150 PSI)
7. Valves: SUN (USA)
8. Seals: PARKER (USA) or MARKEL (Germany)
9. Bearing: LONGXI (China) or SKF
10. Painting: follow with customer requirement or 3-coat marine painting
11. Certificate: DNV, ABS, Lloyds, BV, SGS, GL, etc.
12. Material: Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel
13. Detail manufacturing drawings to be submitted to buyer for approval before manufacture is commenced.
